TinyHome Match collects the information needed to understand your inquiry and follow up about it—not a full financial or buyer dossier.

What we collect

Your first name, email, phone, desired state, estimated budget, land status, intended use, and anything you optionally add. We also retain campaign parameters, referrer, an anonymous session ID, first-party funnel events, consent history, and limited hashed abuse-prevention metadata.

How we use it

We may use this information to respond to inquiries; organize preferences; provide general education or research support; communicate about possible next steps; and facilitate possible introductions where consent and policy permit. We also use information to operate and secure the service. We do not automatically forward inquiries or claim to have matched you with a seller, builder, lender, home, or property.

Your consent and choices

Your inquiry-contact consent is recorded with its exact wording, version, source, and time. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This privacy notice describes data handling and does not itself create consent for unrelated marketing. Contact us to request access, correction, withdrawal, or deletion.

Retention and security

We retain inquiries while they remain useful for follow-up, subject to deletion requests and applicable obligations. Access is restricted to authenticated administrators and data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Important limits

Do not send government IDs, bank details, credit reports, or other sensitive documents. TinyHome Match does not sell, build, finance, deliver, represent, or verify tiny-home inventory.
